清蒸鲈鱼的“莼鲈之思”的典故。
西晋时期,有一位名叫张翰的官员,在洛阳为官。有一年秋天,西风渐起,张翰思乡之情油然而生,特别怀念家乡吴中的莼菜羹和鲈鱼脍。最终,他毅然辞官回乡,享受家乡的美食与宁静生活。
“鲥鱼多刺,海棠无香,红楼未完”,这是清代著名文学家金圣叹总结的“人生三恨”之一,将鲥鱼多刺列为人生遗憾之首, 足见人们对鱼刺的无奈与感慨。
