道常无为，而无不为。侯王若能守之，万物将自化。
译文:
道永远是顺任自然而无所作为的，却又没有什么事情不是它所作为的。侯王将相若能守之，顺其自然无为，万物将都能按照自己的规律去运化。

Dao lets nature take its course,but
there is nothing it can't do.
If a leader can keep the rule above,
all things? will transform in accordance with their own laws.
