My answer is no. In contrast, I deeply believe that technology is making our lives better, and will lead us to a better future, and then we will enjoy our human life, and by that I mean, the facilities that technology brings us.
Some may claim that technology is making us lazier, such as asking AI to do everything for us, which makes us somewhat useless. However, I regard it as evidence that we are human. Being able to use tools separates us from apes, and as intelligent creatures, we know how to control and improve tools instead of letting tools lead us.
There is also a saying that chatting too much with netizens online makes us less willing to talk with families and friends in real life. In my perspective, this is just a single instance. We spend more time in real life, being busy studying and working, and there is little time to converse with people on our screens all day and all night. To conclude, I think that technology is just a tool that makes our lives more convenient, such as allowing us to contact someone miles away, and it will not harm us since we are intelligent enough to make good use of it.
